Event Terms and Conditions

1. Ticketing, Entry, and Transfers
  • Entry Requirement: A valid ticket is required for entry.
  • Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final.
2. Comprehensive Liability Waiver
  • Release Statement: Attendees release SOL LLC, all other participating vendors, event sponsors, and/or American Fork City from any and all liability, claims, or personal injury stemming from the event.
3. Inclement Weather Policy
  • Rescheduling: In case of severe weather, the organizers will make their best effort to reschedule.
  • Product Fulfillment: If rescheduling is impossible, the event product/swag will be shipped to the ticket holder instead of issuing a refund.
4. Media Release
  • Photo and Video Consent: Attendees explicitly agree to the capture and commercial use of their likeness in photos and videography for promotional purposes.
