Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We make every effort to process orders promptly. However, processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipment Timing & Legal Notice
We aim to ship all orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. If no specific shipping timeframe is provided, orders will be shipped within 30 days, in accordance with U.S. consumer protection regulations.

Delays & Order Updates
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible
  • You will have the option to:
    • Approve a revised shipping date, or
    • Cancel your order for a full refund

If we do not receive your consent to a delay when required, your order will be canceled and refunded in accordance with applicable laws.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

International Shipping (if applicable)
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
