Refund policy

At Sol Towels, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.

Returns Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging 
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or worn
  • Items marked final sale
  • Gift cards

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at: hello@soltowel.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional, but helpful)

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Photos of the item
  • Your order number

We will make it right as quickly as possible!

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing
  • Additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

We suggest placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank

Return Abuse & Policy Misuse

To protect our community and business, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that show signs of use or abuse
  • Limit or deny returns from customers with excessive return activity
  • Take action in cases of suspected fraud

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us — we’re happy to help resolve any issue.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting evidence.
